Introducing a single vintage, single vineyard, sous vide, dry vermouth. They are using Skin Contact Riesling grapes from Adelaide Hills and botanicals as fermented Porcini, Wakame, Capers and Miso.
Umami is the result of a collaboration between IMD, Vanguardist Wines, Simon Bryant and Sommelier 'Extraordinaire' Duncan Vent.
Umami is a rich, ripe and delicious aperitif or cocktail addition. Serve chilled, with soda or neat, or combine with Ounce Gin ‘Bold’ for the best Martini.
