We have selected the best of the best to be bottled into our Cask Strength Series. This whisky is bottled exactly as we found it in the casks, no water added, no chill filtering and no flocking. This is an extremely limited release of one of oldest casks so far.

It packs a punch of sherry goodness then dissipates leaving you with a warmed palette and wanting more of this smooth dram.
Nose: A light smoke followed by ginger, macerated cherries, dark chocolate, a ferny forest.
Palate: A big bite with a deep mellow buzz to finish, orange, pepper, plum
Finish: A tingling sweet sensation, peppery and warm
Malt: South Australian gown and malted pilsner malt
Fermentation: 7 days
