• Two distillations in copper still
Notes:
• Aromatics: Of a fresh ocean breeze
followed by coconut milk, hazelnut,
celery, and star fruit. Herbaceous notes
of oregano, followed by thai basil,
cedar, and roasted pineapple.
• On the palate: slight smoky notes
come through with a combination
of fruit along with walnuts and
cocoa nibs which leave a slight spice
on the finish.
