Chateau Roubine - La Vie en Rose - AOP Cotes de Provence 2024 12.5% 3L - JEROBOAM -
La Vie en Rose is an invitation to romance, to live in the moment, and to
share love in a light-hearted way. This rosé offers a floral touch of
femininity and elegance. Like a promise, it is an invitation to happiness.
Cépages : 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 10% Syrah
VINIFICATION
This wine comes from a selection of plots in Côtes de Provence.
Harvested at night and direct pressing during 2 hours. Then juices goes
into inox vats for fermentation at low temperature. Bottled at the estate.
ROBE
A salmon color with brilliant highlights.
NEZ
A gourmet profile with exotic notes of lychee and citrus (yellow lemon
and grapefruit).
BOUCHE
A beautiful balance between the sweetness of a vineyard peach and the
tension of pink grapefruit.
ACCORD METS/VIN
A fun, festive rosé, to be enjoyed as an aperitif and for a light summer meal
(poke bowl) or a sweet treat (Tarte Tropézienne).
