Jeff Carrel develops original ranges of wine, with original labels and affordable prices: simple wines but not simplistic.

Each wine has its own universe and its own story to tell. Making wines with a strong identity, with societal and environmental values, technical precision and personality, all the way from the vines to the bottle.

And if these wines exist it is because they are a reflection of the people behind them, a story of encounters, cultures, varieties, climates, and their only pretension is to be sincere.

AUTONOMY from Central Victoria handcraft products in small batches, from distilling to bottling. The distillery prioritizes sustainability in all aspects, from ingredient selection to production.

They partner with Market Juice in Melbourne to repurpose citrus peels, transforming them into aperitivos and liqueurs. This process reduces waste and gives these ingredients a second life, capturing their fresh aromas and flavors.

They prioritize local, sustainable sourcing, with many ingredients from Victoria. When developing new flavor profiles, they prefer native Australian botanicals.

The are committed to minimizing waste and continuously refine practices to maximize avoidance, reduction, reuse, and recycling.
