What does the name Jeff Carrel represent ?

A large range of wines, some organic, some Domaine wines and also the Jeff Carrel brand. Maison Carrel is a place where wines are matured and refined.

Cuvier Carrel is a place exclusively used for preparing organics wines. Domaine d'Ansignan is a vineyard in the Pyrénées Orientales which, as the name suggests, cultivates some of the last plots of vines below the Catalans sacred mountain Le Canigou.
