On the nose, it reveals an intensely fruity and fresh bouquet, dominated by yellow and white fruits, lifted by notes of citrus and passionfruit.

The palate is easy-drinking and fruit-forward, echoing the aromas of the nose with a floral touch and a crisp, lemony finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is bold at the table alongside more unexpected flavours. Its lively acidity makes it a fine match for fish, while it also enhances dishes with white meat, and pairs beautifully with cheese and more indulgent desserts.
