Autonomy Amber Aperitivo 25% 700ML
Gentian. Grapefruit. Orange. Quandong. Bittersweet and earthy, AMBER Aperitivo delivers a deep, lingering bitterness from gentian that is lifted by the brightness of grapefruit and orange. Quandong—a native desert peach—balances the bitterness with tart and woody layers.
AMBER Aperitivo is perfect in a Bitter Margarita, Mosquito, Smoky Amber Pina Colada, White Negroni Sbagliato, or pairs beautifully with a splash of tonic.
As Autonomy products are seasonal, there may be slight variations in colour, aroma and flavour from batch to batch. Some natural sediment may also be present. Once opened, store in a cool dark place.
