Briottet Elderflower Liqueur 18% 700ML
At Briottet, we released this Elderflower Liqueur in 2013. At that time, we started talking about Elderflower in liqueurs. Before that, only a few regional liquorists offered this flavor. In the space of 10 years, this flavor has become a must in the bar world.
The liqueur of Sureau Briottet is made from a maceration of elderberry flowers. In addition, a secret aromatic supplement completes this liqueur to make it a fine and complex product.
Today, Elderflower liqueur is widely used for the Hugo cocktail. This cocktail has become a bar classic, just like the Spritz. Moreover its recipe is not very far from it.
