This Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru crafted by Marc Hébrart is an elegant and precise champagne perfect for aperitif.


Made from Chardonnay grown on the Grand Cru terroirs of Chouilly and Oiry and the premier cru terroir of Mareuil sur Aÿ, it is a complex and perfectly balanced champagne that has the particularity of being made from vines which average 38 years of age.

For a number of years now Marc Hébrart has applied reasoned viticultural practices to his vines, and makes his wines in small batches in order to preserve the personality of each parcel and each separate terroir.

The cuvée Blanc de Blancs is born of a blend of 10% Chardonnay from Oiry and Chouilly plus 90% from Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ. I wanted to make a champagne that was outstandingly mineral with great complexity. It’s a champagne that expresses the terroir in its immense aromatic harmony.
