Château de Chénas - Coeur de Granit Fleurie Rouge 2024 12.5% 750ML
Located in the heart of the Beaujolais Crus area, the Cave du Château de Chénas produces fine winessince the 17th century. « Cœur de Granit » range isthe result of a rigorous selection of the oldest vines producing concentred small grapes, and of a long and sustained vinification and a careful ageing. The terroir of our Crus is essentially composed of granit of an exceptional purity which givesracy and full of character wines.

Vineyard: schist and granitic soils – continental climate
Winemaking and Ageing
Traditional beaujolais’ method: semi-carbonic maceration with temperature control. Maturing in stainless-steel tank to preserve primary aromas.
Tasting Notes
Intense colour with radiant ruby highlights. The nose is delicately spicy (white pepper) and offers a greedy bouquet of red fruits aromas. The attack is very round with silky tannins. The whole is remarkably harmonious.
Food and Wine Pairing
Serve between 15 and 18°C on a fried beef with satay sauce, roast rabbit, lamb navarin or cold cuts.
