Mind Spirits & Co. is thrilled to introduce Domaine La Croix Gratiot, hailed by La Revue du Vin de France as "the pinnacle of Picpoul de Pinet."
Managed by the visionary winemaker Anaïs Ricome, this 35-hectare estate sits on a chalky limestone plateau overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the oyster beds of the Bassin de Thau. Certified 100% Organic and Biodynamic, La Croix Gratiot strips away the mass-produced cooperative reputation of the region to deliver estate-grown, terroir-driven expressions that are perfectly tuned to the Australian palate.
