GRAPE VARIETY
This wine is produced from the alliance of Pinot Noir (51%) which gives structure, and Gamay which brings fruitiness.
VINES
Vineyards in the Saône-et-Loire region.
WINEMAKING AND MATURING
The grapes are harvested at perfect ripeness and macerated at low temperature before fermentation. The resulting wine is supple and fruity.
TASTING NOTES
A richly coloured Bourgogne with an attractive bouquet. A wine to bite into with plenty of substance and flavours of ripe, red fruit berries. A delectable expression of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes.
Serving temperature : 16 to 18°C
