Story notes: The art of creating a tapestry is equal parts passion and precision. In an intricate weaving of barrels, our Tapestry was threaded together using a selection of Bourbon barrels carefully integrated with Apera barriques.
Hints of polish and walnut shells on the nose are followed by lifted acid, florals and sweet oak spices. The malt reinforces the body and palate, with ex-Bourbon American oak supporting and driving the spirit.
