Our mineral-driven and refreshing Riesling, now alcohol-free! The alcohol is gently removed from the wine using a vacuum rectification process at approximately 30°C. Specially crafted Riesling base wines guarantee the highest possible quality and a pure taste experience. The wine is characterized by a pleasant freshness combined with citrus aromas and appealing minerality. Our still wine offers full enjoyment, without the alcohol.

Food Pairing:
Our non-alcoholic Riesling is the perfect accompaniment to Asian cuisine and seafood. Dishes such as Thai curry with vegetables, but also tagliatelle with mussels, go excellently with this non-alcoholic wine.

This wine was carefully selected by us and comes from the harvest of grapes from friendly colleagues.
