Le Zéro is a thoughtfully crafted alcohol-free rosé that captures the essence of Côtes de Provence in every glass. We begin by selecting the finest base wine from premium organic vineyards, ideal expressions of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Carignan, to build a blend that is balanced, expressive, and elegant.
Through gentle dealcoholization, we preserve the wine’s natural aromatics and delicate structure, allowing the bright red berry notes and crisp acidity to shine through. The result is a sophisticated rosé with authentic character and refreshing finesse.
