Vignoble Dauny - AOC Sancerre rouge "Pynoz" 2024 12% 750ML
History: Winegrowers rooted in Crézancy-en-Sancerre since 1683 across 13 generations.
Organic Pioneer: Total conversion to organic farming (Agriculture Biologique) in 1964 by Lucien Dauny.
Philosophy: Over 60 years completely free of synthetic chemicals, insecticides, or weedkillers.
Terroir & Vineyard: A family-scale estate covering 17 hectares.
Soils: Classic Sancerre terroirs including stony limestone (caillottes) and claylimestone (terres blanches).
Grapes: 13 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc and 4 hectares of Pinot Noir.
Sancerre Rouge Pynoz
This red Sancerre made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, with medium aging potential (4 to 7 years), is a light wine with a pleasant bouquet. It goes very well with white meats, game birds and cheeses.
