T A S T I N G Three terroirs in one glass: Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne brings the spontaneity. Fresh apple, white flower, an easy generosity that opens the wine immediately. Verzenay Pinot Noir adds the backbone, with red cherry and a chalk-driven firmness underneath. Verzy Chardonnay lifts the finish, threading citrus and fine tension through the roundness. Full malolactic keeps everything smooth and seamless, the mousse supple and inviting.
