Location: Glen Ewin Estate - Adelaide Hills.
Established: 1845
The delicious Fig Gin & Fig Aperitif are made at the Glen Ewin Estate Adelaide Hills (South Australia).
12000 fig trees, 25 years chemical free.

Enjoy on the rocks with a squeeze of lime for a flavour explosion and a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, follow with a little tonic, (Mediterranean fever tree recommended) or soda to create the perfect drink.
