Cask No. 354, filled in 2019 exemplifies why – delivering sweet notes of vanilla custard, toffee apple, caramel slice and Barley Sugar. This is bourbon-cask aging at its finest, delivering the sweet, smooth character that got whisky enthusiasts talking.

Cask No. 354 represents one of the last expressions from the origin site at Spring Beach. This release is not just a fine whisky, but a piece of Spring Bay heritage. Cask No. 354 represents the perfect marriage of:
