White Possum

White Possum is a Melbourne-based maker of boutique Australian liqueurs for people who like their drinks full of flavour, a little bit weird, and genuinely well made. Their range consists of liqueurs with proper ingredients and clear cocktail uses, not syrupy shelf-fillers.

Some examples: Amaretto uses byproducts from the apricot industry. Banana Liqueur packs five full Queensland-grown bananas into every bottle. Hazelnut Liqueur is made with 100% Australian-grown hazelnuts, roasted in tiny batches in the founder’s own oven at home.
