Just two botanicals.
Bare Dry Gin doesn't boast of a long list of botanicals. We used just two - juniper and coriander. How come? Firstly, we wanted to keep it simple. Secondly, the result is a classic and straightforward dry gin with no confusing flavours. Finally, it helps us keep this spirit affordable and accessible, as it was designed to be.
To make it, we start with neutral cane spirit (which we sometimes blend with recycled spirit distilled from left over wine). This spirit is distilled with organic juniper and organic coriander seeds in a pot still, then cut back to bottling strenght.
