Tutiac - MODE ROUGE - AOP Bordeaux Chilled 2024 11% 750ML
CHILLED RED WINE IN VOGUE
The idea of chilling red wines has emerged as a popular trend across the globe, and it’s not just wine lovers that are getting stuck in. Bar and restaurant terraces are being filled with summer sippers enjoying the delights of aromatic and fresh reds served following a brief dalliance with an ice bucket. Chilling is, of course, traditionally reserved for whites and rosés, but red wines are now joining the “cool kids” party as it can highlight the wines’ refreshing and vibrant qualities.
Light-bodied reds: Our light Merlot have naturally lower levels of tannins and responds
well to cooler temperatures. These wines also typically have bright, fruity flavours that are enhanced when chilled, making them perfect for drinking at cooler temperatures on those warmer days.
MODE ROUGE - AOP BORDEAUX CHILLED
The wine displays a bright and limpid cherry-red color. The nose delights with intense aromas of strawberry candy, intertwined with notes of raspberry and redcurrant, adding a touch of indulgence. On the palate, the attack is smooth and light, carried by fresh red fruit flavors such as strawberry and cherry, which unfold with a pleasant sweetness. Evolution of the food and wine pairing landscape - Serving red wines chilled aligns with the broader trend of flexibility and innovation in culinary experiences. Night Harvest - Thanks to gentle maceration at a low temperature, followed by a delicate fermentation, this light red wine reveals a beautiful, bright grenadine color.
