White Possum Kina Aperitif 20% 500ML
Wine, meet spirit.
Naked Kina is a wine base liqueur ideal served chilled as an aperitif or mixed in a number of classic cocktails.
To Make it, we start with Sav Blanc from an independent winery in Mt Macedon. As soon as the wine comes through ours doors, it's fortified and infused with fresh orange peel, cinnamon myrtle, strawberry gum and a handful of earthy herbs. We give away the peeled oranges to a local cafe to press into juice.
We don't add artificial colours or flavours. That's the way we like it - naked.
Served Up.
(1) Vesper Martini:
Combine 90ml Gin, 30ml Vodka and 15ml Naked Kina in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass.
(2) Kina G&T:
Add 60ml Naked Kina and 60ml Gin to a glass with ice. Top-up with a dry tonic.
