This boutique local aperitif utilises a very rare Mornington Peninsula Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grape varietal, with notes of candied honey nectar and combining floral notes of elderflower and orange blossom, combined with a long dry finish of nutmeg and lemon rind will leave your palate refreshed, and wanting more!
