CHAMPAGNE BRUT

20% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot noir, 30% Meunier

Brut Jules Pierlot: to make every day effervescent

The pop of the champagne cork that has just been opened is an iconic sound that sets the scene and turns a simple moment into a celebration. Our Champagne Brut, Jules Pierlot, with its accessible style, is the ideal champagne as an aperitif for relaxed moments, meeting up with friends and afterworks. Just as a glass of champagne in hand provides a sense of giving way to an entertaining moment, bringing a touch of cheerfulness for sure. This festive air introduces glitter to make everyday life effervescent with the pleasure of bubbles dancing in the glass. Finally, for our Brut, we advise you to serve it at a temperature around 6° and 8°C, to fully enjoy the aromas and the moment. Here, in this specific tasting setting, we advise a slightly lower temperature to anticipate the reheating.

In the case of serving several glasses of champagne, pour a little into each of them, 2 or 3 times, as soon as the foam is extinguished at the next pass. Then hand the cups to the guests.

The pale gold dress is animated by a pretty cord of fine and persistent bubbles.

A subtle and complex nose reveals notes of yellow fruits and white flowers.

In the palate, powerful and fresh aromas appear with great persistence.
