VINIFICATION
Harvested at night, vinification per plot, skin maceration, light direct pressing, cold stabilization then racking, fermentation at 16°C
TASTING NOTES
The subtle palate unfolds with notes of peach, combining finesse and freshness. A silky and velvety volume. It will elegantly pair with crab and lobster dishes.
